Jimm Cobb

In March 2023, Jimm joined The Chicago Lighthouse. As a visionary sales and business development executive, Jimm brings over twenty-five years of success delivering market share growth, client empowerment and annual revenues.

He has worked in the non-profit world for more than half of his career, beginning as a Peace Corps volunteer in Papua New Guinea. When he moved back to the united states, Jimm became involved in community banking and lending arena, even in the formation of the Southside Community Federal Credit Union in Chicago; focusing on the more than a quarter million unbanked residents. There he taught financial literacy, budgeting and how to save money when you are living paycheck to paycheck.

After 15 years in banking, he was recruited by Howard Brown Health, where he was the Director of Business development. There he promoted the services; established the Patient Access Center for central scheduling and the Care Coordination department. While at Howard Brown, Jimm engaged The Chicago Lighthouse as an overflow and back up call center as well as the 24/7 contact solution.
