Kathy joined The Chicago Lighthouse in 2013 and brings with her over 25 years of management expertise in call center operations and a proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships. Under her leadership, The Chicago Lighthouse has grown its Call Center partnerships to include state agencies as well as nationally ranked medical centers.
The growth of these partnerships has enabled The Chicago Lighthouse to expand the portfolio of our service offerings while fulfilling our mission to provide meaningful jobs to the blind, visually impaired, disabled and Veteran communities.
Kathy is responsible for developing and executing the short and long-term strategies for Social Enterprise. In addition, she also has oversight for all The Chicago Lighthouse Contact Centers. She leads a Business Development team that is responsible for identifying organizations that can benefit from The Chicago Lighthouse’s service offerings and works jointly with our clients to understand their needs. Her team leads customers through all aspects of the business development process including proposal, scope of work and contract management. The team stays engaged through implementation and transition to the Lighthouse Operations Teams to insure a seamless experience for both clients and customers.
