Jennifer Mandernach
Jennifer Mandernach is the Director of Clinical Call Center Operations at The Chicago Lighthouse and has over 10 years of experience working in the healthcare call center industry. With her comprehensive industry knowledge and thorough understanding of the critical role call centers play in the healthcare ecosystem, Jennifer has been instrumental to the setup, development, and management of the current largest healthcare call center at The Chicago Lighthouse.
She has successfully transitioned call handling processes for over 80 primary and sub-specialty clinics and directly oversees after hours paging services for more than 50 clinics across multiple call centers. Jennifer’s talents have expanded the amount and types of job opportunities available to the blind, visually impaired, disabled, and Veteran workforce. Her experience is wide spread with a focus on project management, client service skills, and organizational management.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from Illinois State University.
