SVP, Call Center Operations

Jill is an accomplished Operations Executive with over 25 years of experience leading healthcare management and healthcare insurance organizations. In her last position of 17 years, she led a 24 hour multi-state healthcare call center with up to 650 agents on the phones in 6 states. She has a proven record of successfully implementing processes and technology to consistently reduce administrative costs and grow profitability. Her responsibilities included managing all operational functions with a budget of $170+ million. She has been recognized for exceptional leadership skills in motivating and developing high performing management and subordinate teams and achieving excellent staff retention rates of 2%.  Jill has 3 daughters, 3 step-sons and 4 grandchildren. She and her husband enjoy traveling abroad, exploring new places and cultures.  Jill is very excited to join The Chicago Lighthouse and is especially touched by our mission; her mother spent most of her professional career running a school for the visually impaired in southern California, Blind Children’s Learning Center.
